What have home prices been doing in Utah County lately?
Let’s look at the latest stats & facts, courtesy of the Utah County Association of Realtors-
An increase in home listings has slowed home sales slightly for the beginning of 2014, but we are setting up to have another
strong year as buyers look cautiously at the government regulations and rising mortgage rates.
For January 2014, the average home sales price was $239,165
And the median home sales price was $207,945
In 2013 home prices rose at a pretty good pace, 2014 it is expected to have some home price appreciation, but not as dramatic as last year.
