Drawbacks of Buying New:
-Usually more expensive
-May be limited in neighborhoods/subdivisions
-Yard/home may be smaller
Drawbacks of Buying Existing:
-Needs updating/upgrading
-May need major replacements- air conditioner, roof, etc.
-Floor plan may not be up to par with today’s modern ones
