We help a lot of clients with new construction! One part of the process is the “Final Walkthrough.” Each builder will have their own process & how they do it, but typically it is a few days before closing on the home, and it is a time to thoroughly walk through the home & make sure it is as expected. We also mark paint touch ups with Blue Taping! Super fun to see it progress along! 🙂
