I recently read an article by NerdWallet that really stood out to me. When you buy your first home, it is likely to not be exactly your “dream” home. And that is TOTALLY FINE!

Focusing on items like the location & bones of the home are much more important. Cosmetic changes can easily be done over time as you make that into your dream home!!!
