Castle Lake Trail, High Uintas

Castle Lake Trail is an easy 1.3 mile trail up in the High Uintas. We took our little dogs along for it & they did great. This trail also passes by Butterfly Lake which is really picturesque. We enjoyed this leisurely hike, kid & family friendly. There were some rocky sections with pika on it too.
