We hiked in Payson Canyon on the Pine Forest to Camp Maple Dell trail. It was an easy hike, Alltrails says 3.4 miles but we tracked 4.5. Not hard though, and had pretty trees & views throughout. Really enjoyed it & did not see one other person. More info here:
