A fun outdoor adventure idea is to head to Upper Stillwater Reservoir, northwest of Mountain Home in Duchesne County. We went when there was a Mountain Goat Watch event. We did see some, pretty far out, but still neat. We also saw deer, geese, cows & herds of elk which was neat. Be sure to bring binoculars if you have them.
