White Rim Overlook is an easy trail in the Canyonlands Island in the Sky area. At just under 2 miles total, it is doable for most skill levels. There are beautiful views all along the way, we saw lots of lizards too. There are picnic tables around the parking area, so it is also a perfect spot for lunch!
