Rock Canyon is a beautiful spot to hike in Provo. There are multiple trails here to explore. We went on the main Rock Canyon Trail. Fall colors were still out & beautiful. You also have nice views of Utah Lake! It is steep in spots & a great workout. The full Rock Canyon Trail is just about 6 miles long, we didn’t do the full thing this time, though.
