WOW! Time flies. This month marks 14 years with my wonderful Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Elite Real Estate group (previously Prudential in the old days, same people :))
I am really thankful to Bruce, who gave this shy, brace faced girl a chance & also helped me get a spot as an agent selling new construction at EDGE Homes. Bruce & Steve are always there for us & our clients. I remember Bruce suggesting I get a new car at one point (I was driving a rickety old station wagon around). Other agents thought I was driving it as a tactic to make people feel bad for me, so they would hire me?? LOL! Nah,I just loved that wagon & had no car payment. I DO love my Prius though, better gas mileage for sure, haha.
Also thanks to Dean, you were a great mentor & helped me learn & grow so much while working at Edge & then at Arive 🙂 One of the funniest memories I have (now that time has passed LOL) was making a mistake on a new build & having to confront it head on. I was so sick to my stomach, I just kept saying I wanted to throw up. And Dean made me do it anyway, can you believe him?? haha.
Good times in real estate, that is for sure. It is not always easy or fun, but it really is fulfilling & I love all the wonderful people we get to help along the way! So many fun memories & experiences. The support & awesome people we have on our side at Berkshire make all the difference
