Pa’Rus Trail is the only trail in Zion National Park that you can bring dogs on. So of course, I wanted to preview it to see if it was worth bringing our little doggies back to do it. I am glad I did, because personally to me, it was not worth it. The trail is all paved, which gets hot quickly & there are bikes zooming often. Not a good match for my dogs, maybe it is just me, ha! Also right now there is a lot of construction on it, so it is not the most picturesque. Maybe it is different from other times, I don’t know! I think there are plenty of other dog friendly spots to take them to in the area. If you do decide to take your dogs on it, go early or later so it is not so hot (check the ground with your hand before burning your pups paws!)
