Parrish Creek Pictographs Trail

Parrish Creek Pictographs Trail is a short hike in Centerville. At just under 1 mile round-trip, it has a waterfall & pictographs! There are steep sections & a spot where you use a rope to scoot around a narrow rocky path to the pictographs. Definitely recommend having your hiking boots on, and to do it early or later in the day, there is little shade. Also there are a alot of lizards along the trail, which was fun! Don’t touch the pictographs. And FYI, I didn’t know and was curious & looked it up, the difference between pictographs & petroglyphs is basically that pictographs are painted & petroglyphs are carved 🙂
