Timpanogos Cave is such a neat hike & tour to do. This is located up American Fork Canyon. You can just hike the trail, but we always figure we may as well check out the caves if we are up there! We did their Centennial Lantern Tour, which is darker & you hike a little lantern the whole time. The caves are so cool to see in person. It was too dark in the caves with the lanterns for good photos, sorry!
The trail up is steep & definitely a good workout. It is paved the whole way & there are restrooms at the bottom & almost to the top. To do a tour, you do need an advance reservation. Tickets are $12-22 per person depending on which tour you choose. This is definitely a classic Utah hiking experience, in our opinion.
