Mineral Fork is a nice, less crowded trail in Big Cottonwood Canyon. It is fairly steep & and rocky. Chris said it’s like hiking on marbles, haha. There is water along most of the way, with some water crossings. Lovely views & wildflowers. We didn’t have time for the whole trail, went about 6 miles.
