Things to Look For When House Hunting

My superpower? When I walk into a home, I can see things you might not…

This is my mental checklist anytime we head into a listing–

🚩 Water marks on the ceiling

🚩Cracks in the walls or foundation

🚩 Sloping or slanting floors

🚩 Sagging roof

🚩 Cracked sidewalks or driveway

🚩 Single pane windows

🚩 Discolored water

🚩 Outdated wiring

🚩 Signs of mold

It’s always recommended to have a professional inspection done before buying to reveal any hidden problems.

But an experienced agent can perform a first-pass and help identify potential issues that might not be immediately obvious.

There’s *so* much more than meets the eye when we go house hunting.
