Utah Housing Programs to Help You Get Into a Home

Did you know that Utah Housing has several assistance programs to help you into a home? We attended a class they put on, and thought it was great info to pass along! 
These include, among others:

First-time Homebuyers Assistance Program (New Construction):

This provides funds for purchasing a new construction home. Up to $20,000 in Program funds may be borrowed to assist with down payment, buydown, and closing costs.

Utah First-time Homebuyer Law Enforcement Officer Grant:

This helps recruit and retain Utah Law Enforcement and Correctional Officers in Utah.

Utah Homebuyer Veteran Grant:

This assists Veterans purchase a home in Utah. The Grant is for members of the military or veterans who separated in the last five years and is a first-time Utah homebuyer. Eligible Veterans’ could receive up to $2,500 cash when they purchase a home, the Utah Veterans Grant does not require repayment.

100% Financing:

Helps you to purchase a home with no money down.
