We got to tour the New American Home®, the official show home of IBS. It is located in Henderson, Nevada in the Ascaya neighborhood.

It is over 9000 square feet & has amazing views.

The home has achieved National Green Building Standard “Emerald” certification, ENERGY STAR Certification, Indoor airPLUS Certification, DOE’s Zero Energy Ready Home Program Certification & net-zero status.Really cool house.

They told us it’s for sale for $15.5 million. If anyone’s interested, I can refer you to an amazing agent there 😉

And, of course, taking advantage of the beautiful sunny weather, we took the dogs out to another park for a nice walk ❤️🐾
