→ Historic districts with renovation restrictions

→ Homes on land that require special insurance or inspections

→ Septic systems, easements, zoning quirks… the list goes on

It’s not always obvious from the listing — which is why having an agent who knows what to look for (👋 hi) is kind of a big deal.
