Access.
If buyers can’t get in to tour the home… because of tight showing windows, short notice, or scheduling issues — they’ll move on.
It sounds simple, but it happens all the time.
This is *especially* true for out-of-town buyers. They’re serious, but usually only in Utah for a day or two. If your home isn’t available when they are? That could be a missed opportunity.
Even with great marketing and pricing, limited access can stall a sale.
