Locals – which review is most accurate?
Here are five popular Orem neighborhoods described as if they were fun, lovable people:
1. Heatheridge
Heatheridge is your charming aunt who plays tennis, brings a casserole to every potluck, and somehow always knows the HOA rules by heart. She’s calm, mature, and lives in a gated community—but still throws a great BBQ.
2. Canyon View
Canyon View is the outdoorsy dad who wakes up at 6 AM to hike, owns multiple flannel shirts, and has an emotional connection to his lawn. He’s got a stunning mountain view and isn’t afraid to brag about it.
3. Windsor South
Windsor South is the friend who always has cookies in the oven, kids running in the yard, and a golden retriever named Max. She’s suburban, sweet, and swears by her family game night tradition.
4. Stonewood
Stonewood is the low-key tech guy who works from home, has a hammock in his backyard, and grows his own tomatoes “just for fun.” He’s modern, quiet, and somehow always has fast Wi-Fi.
5. Cherry Hill
Cherry Hill is the cool mom who drives a hybrid, teaches yoga, and sneaks kale into brownies. She’s stylish, walkable, and always up for a Saturday farmer’s market run.
(We are in Cherry Hill & this sounds accurate, haha)
