Salamander Flat/Island Meadow Trail is a nice easy hike up American Fork Canyon. It is pretty narrow & a little overgrown in spots. Pretty views along the way & at the end. Some fall colors are starting to come out & we saw toks of birds, including a woodpecker & owl, and lots of squirrels .
