Hikes near Alta, Utah

Made up our own hike up Little Cottonwood Canyon. We stopped by the Blackjack Waterfall, then took Creek Road to Observation Point. This was a nice quick, picturesque trail. Easy for all skill levels I would say, there are some steeper areas up to the waterfall, and it was icy & snowy in spots. We tracked this at 3 miles total.
