Here are the latest Utah County Housing Stats! What do these mean?
• Listings are DOWN. We typically will see more homes come on in the spring
• Closed & Pending Sales are DOWN! Buyers have choices & are not feeling rushed, in my opinion.
• Average Sales Price is UP! 
• Closing costs covered & lower than list price offers are still not uncommon. Know what to expect when you are buying or selling! There is always that outlier home or situation, but be realistic with expectations. I think this may change as we head into spring.
• Days on the market is UP at 72 days days. Gone are the days of being under contract within a day or two – that is not common, so do not panic if it takes a while
Depending on the price point of your home, this can definitely vary as well.
We are very curious to see what the spring market brings , we feel like there is momentum brewing here!
