This is a very common question, and commonly misunderstood concept! So I would like to take a moment to explain it! 🙂
Anyone who has their real estate license may be called a real estate agent.
A Realtor is a member of the National Association of Realtors, which has a code of ethics they must abide to.

As always, if you have any questions, I am happy to help!! 🙂
