Cons:

-Longer time to move into

-May be more expensive

-Lot sizes may be smaller

EXISTING HOMES:

PROS:

-More character, in established area

-May be more affordable

-Lot sizes may be bigger

Cons:

-Needs updating & fixing up- more $ out of pocket

-Layout of home may be more choppy

-Overall more maintenance needed
