We live & love Orem, Utah! We have lived here most of our adult lives 🙂
What makes Orem, Utah so cool & what can we tell you about it! Here is some info that may help. I will give some personal reasons we like it & some stats from Wikipedia & Orem City!
We love Orem because we travel between South Utah County & Salt Lake a lot- & it is a great midpoint. A 30 minute drive will get us to most major events we want to be at.
Great schools- part of Alpine School District & also home to Utah Valley University.
It has beautiful mountains all around- Timpanogos & Cascade Mountain! Always pretty to look at, any season! Hiking, biking & fun trails are within minutes from us.
We have multiple parks in walking distance from our area. There is a lot of fun events & things going on all the time. The University Place revamp has been really fun to see- great stores & events & a nice Cinemark Theater. We also have a dog park now!! Our dogs were the Mayor & First Lady at the Grand Opening (LOL!!)
Some statistical reasons Orem is cool! 🙂

5th Largest City in Utah – has grown a ton since we lived here- so it is busier, but also lots of fun & diverse people, which we love!
2019 is Orem’s 100th year! How neat!
