A really cool place to go in Utah is Antelope Island! We went away for a few days for our anniversary & this was one of our stops! We had our pups with us too, you can bring dogs as long as they are kept on a leash & off the beach areas. We saw bison, lots of birds & also porcupines! How cool is that? Apparently porcupines are in trees alot- so look for large nest looking things- you will probably spot them. I have seen people encounter coyotes there too, but no luck on that end. I am betting they come out later in the day? Not sure! Definitely worth a day trip! $15 and most passes DO NOT work for it FYI.
