East Canyon Trail is an easy 4.1 mile trail in SLC near Mountain Dell Golf Course. We did this trail mid September. It was very pretty & secluded, we did not see anyone else on the trail. But we DID see a few deer, bunnies & hummingbirds. There was also a random old bus in the bushes haha. Overall it is pretty flat & not strenuous, I think most people could handle this trail. I noticed it says “Alexander Creek Trail” on the map, but it is East Canyon Trail on AllTrails. Also there are many other trails you can hook into from it if you want to go longer.
