New construction final walkthroughs! What are these for??
When your brand new home is finally just about done, this is a time to:
•ensure all selections & upgrades are correct
•make a repair list with the builder’s agent
•blue tape for paint touchups
•orient yourself with the care & maintenance of your home
Among many other things!! If you are having an independent 3rd party home inspection, they typically want that done before this step.
We have done so many of these!! New homes are awesome, nice to have warranties in place & less maintenance typically
