You would not believe some of the listing photos I’ve seen 
I’ve seen it all:
The agent in the mirror snapping the photo of the room
Images so dark you can’t see the room
An extremely cluttered and messy home
Holiday decorations in the images (Decorations from a holiday months earlier make buyers question why the house hasn’t sold yet.)
We’ve said it once, and we’ll say it again: There is no reason a listing should be advertised with images taken on a cell phone in 2023.
Your agent should be hiring a professional real estate photographer who knows how to make your home a scroll-stopper.
