About a week ago, we went on a day trip to the Delta Snow Goose Festival. The pups came too, of course!
So neat to see & hear all the geese out on the water 
saw some deer & pocket gophers too!
Some interesting snow goose facts:
•The oldest snow goose on record, according to the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, was 27.5 years old.
•Snow geese are strong fliers, capable of speeds of 50 miles per hour.
•Every year, it is estimated that 20,000 to 30,000 geese fly through Millard County during the month of February.
