Slate Canyon is a steep trail in southeast Provo. It is rocky with a steady incline. It has cool views and scenery along the way. It was not very crowded, which was nice. It can get hot pretty quickly, so we went first thing in the morning. The trail is about 8 miles total, we did not go the full way today! Leaves are starting to change color!
