We have remodeled homes before, but this is our BIGGEST project yet! This home had mold issues & a super bad roof, we ended up demoing it to the studs really & will be redoing the whole house & floor plan! 😀 the after is going to be amazing though- that is for sure!!
A lot of the subflooring was rotten or put on kind of sketchy, so we are redoing that too. As you start work on a home you start to see more & more that you need to redo! It always takes longer & costs more than you want it to! Stay Tuned!!!
