This is an annual date tradition for us- which is very nice of Chris to agree to, since he is not a fan of cold weather, hahah! The Ice Castles are a very cool activity, great for a date or family fun. They have been at the Homestead in Midway for quite some time, but this year they moved to Soldier Hollow. We thought it was really neat & liked the bubble machine they added. I do think I will probably go later at night next time, it was still pretty light outside & the lights they have in the ice are cooler to see when it is dark 🙂 They have the castles in other states too!
